Why Laveen is Pretty Great!

Laveen is a very interesting city to say the least!  It is incredibly picturesque because it is tucked alongside mountains.  It is also common to see folks trotting alongside major roads on their horses because Laveen is a mix between new subdivisions and "classic" Arizona.  If you want to have a ranch style home with horses on a 1 Acre lot and live close to the city then Laveen is an excellent choice!  Alternatively, it boasts a LOT of newer subdivisions and newer schools with the latest technology for children.  For entertainment purposes it is a relatively short drive to down town Phoenix to enjoy a game and Laveen is about a 5 minute drive to Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino.  Lastly, for all of those folks who HATE traffic, one of the coolest recent features of Laveen is that the 202 freeway was just completed and it gives Laveen a FAST route into Ahwatukee, Tempe, Wildhorse Casino and the Southeast Valley in general.  Hooray!
